Appointment Policy
You may call 925-3535 to schedule an appointment. However, anyone who presents to the clinic with an animal requiring emergency care receives priority over clients with scheduled appointments.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time that services are provided. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, CareCredit, and cash. We accept personal checks provided they clear electronic authorization.
Patient Arrival Policy
Please inform our staff before bringing animals with signs of respiratory infections (i.e. coughing or sneezing) or gastrointestinal infections (i.e. vomiting or diarrhea) into the waiting or exam areas. We will take any animal that might have a contagious respiratory or gastrointestinal illness to a separate area for evaluation and treatment, as appropriate. This helps prevent spreading serious illnesses to other pets. Thank you!
