Dr. Andrea Kirsch: Owner. Dr. Kirsch graduated from the University of California at Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988, and has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery for 23 years in Northern California. For the past 18 years, Dr. Kirsch has been working in the Sacramento area. She enjoys treating exotic animals, and has a special interest in diagnostic ultrasound. While completing her undergraduate studies at UC Davis, she competed for the Cal Aggie Cyclists bike team, and met her husband Doug. They still enjoy weekend rides and bicycle touring together. Dr. Kirsch has two dogs, Marco and Sheila, who were both rescued. Marco and Sheila bring joy, companionship, and unconditional love to the household, and they provide a constant reminder of how special animals can be to us in our daily lives. Dr. Kirsch envisions Natomas Veterinary Hospital being a practice where you can bring your animal family members to for great veterinary care in a friendly, upbeat environment. She looks forward to meeting you and your pets!
